On 19-20 October 2021,  PaLib Coordinator, University College of Applied Sciences (UCAS) in collaboration with University of L’Aquila (UNIVAQ) accomplished the first training sessions that lasts for two days in L’Aquila, Italy. 25 Participants from University College of Applied Sciences (UCAS), Islamic University of Gaza (IUG) Najah National University (ANNU) and Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) participated in the training that aims to introduce PS partners to different practical examples on the use and features of digital Library System with profound concentration on UNIVAQ Online Catalogue, Publication Finder and other databases (CerCAQ), The digital archive of UNIVAQ theses (UniTesiAQ) and Copyright and intellectual property issues.

The training program included internal meetings with UNIVAQ rector, Deputy Rector for Sustainable Development, Deputy Rector for International Affairs as well as study visits to the Engineering-Medical Library and Humanities Library.
