On Wednesday, 6 May 2020, UCAS remotely conducted the 1^st steering committee meeting within PALIB project. The meeting aimed to outline the features of the next stage in terms of implementing the activities of WP1 and WP2 under the current circumstances of persistency of the outbreak of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

The steering committee members and specialist from Libraries and scientific research centers at the partners institution discussed in details developing specialized questionnaire to address the development of scientific research and digital libraries at the institutional, national and international level. They highlighted targeted group and the key elements of each questionnaire in term of the desired needs and the policies and regulations that govern it by the higher education system.
